Of course
Stefan pressed the limits this morning and thanks be to God for prelaid plans of dh magically appearing at the communion rail this morning. Not a flinch from dear 3 year old son. I personally was tired and spent and went home from Bible class to tackle life overwhelming. I needed that. Sigh. Ingrid is quietly napping her nose running self and a little progress has been made in the house. This is good. I am not so good at chit chat when I am overwhelmed. There will be many days to come for chit chat so losing one morning in Bible class to find the kitchen counter and feel less overwhelmed is a good thing.

Thanks for this post. I was concerned about why you weren't in Bible class, but completely understand the overwhelmed thing. Pastor just used the time to answer some questions, and it was good. Some newer people asked about when/why to make the sign of the cross, when/why to bow your head, and what do we believe about fasting.
ReplyDeleteSorry we gave you no chance to warm up for the prelude. It went fine, but I know you really needed a chance to blow a few notes, and that didn't happen.
